Dear sir/madam
I have a query that my friend is separated from her husband one year...2yrs before she married after marriage her husband abused her ,beat her ,scolds her ...his mother and brother also involved while harrasing her .she left home and came to her parents .she use to live vth dem only she don't want give divorce because she thought he'll change and can live vth him but he never change and sending some msg through mediators he want divorce from her... She is commiting suicide when she hear that we don't knew how to console her......can u give better suggestions how to solve this please...her parents also not financially strong to do any thing from one year onwards he never spoke vth ones with her.... Wat have to do please give us some suggestions

If her husband is not willing to lead life with her it is better to leave him in lieu of permanent alimony.
However before that she can talk to her husband once in person to take one last chance.

She should file DV case and maintenance case, ask for alternative accommodation. Let him come on negotiation table as it seems he would not talk easily. She should be prepared for permanent dissolution.

I agree with the advice of experts Mr.Barman and others. A message should go him that his wife is not meek and will go to court for divorce and alimony, right to live in the husband's home. He might be thinking that the girl will keep quiet for atrocities and finally give way for second marriage.
After letting the message go, if he does not come for a talk, file DV and maintenance cases immediately by engaging a lawyer and serving a legal notice.
Since you are interested to protect her, you can take initiation and have a talk with the man.
