Dear Experts,
please kindly suggest what better i can do to proceed my case in much faster. Case details are I have applied for Divorce in the month November 2013 its near to seven months. my lawyer has issued 3 notices and till now court has issued 3 summons till date and for all the summons the other party havnt appeared neither they have received the summons, and for the last hearing court has taken 40 days of time. I'm having my overseas plan for coming September I'm kinda worried will this issue gets settled down kindly help me what I can do to speedup the process. also kindly suggest what I can do in my case.

Dear Experts, Thank you for your prompt replies, today I had court hearing on my Divorce Case after going through the file Judge has said to Issue another notice and has give date till July, since the previous notice has returned back saying not available . I would like to know how many notices will the court Issue and in my case what will be next possibility I can expect. please provide some information on this.

Dear Experts,
I would like to know how many summons will Judge issue for the Divorce case, as in my case till now Judge ordered to issue 2 notice and in last hearing he ordered to issue another notice. I would like to know how many will court issue summons.

There is no limit to the no. of summons, ask for Dasti or Publication of summons.

Dear Experts,
Last week I was having court hearing regarding my divorce case, Well the Judge took the same saying to issue another notice this time he said find the exact address and issue the notice. Now on my enquiry i found out that they are not staying in same address and we do not know how to find new address and issue the notice. we have already issue 6 summons and every time judge says same thing to issue the new notice. I really dont know how long this is going to take. kindly suggest what can i do. Is there any other way that i can go to Paper notice. my career is on stake. Is there a way to convince the Judge that they are we do not know the address and to request him to public paper notice. kindly suggest as how to do and what to.
