we are living in a family there is always lots of dispute in my family and i want to live seperate i dont want any share in property bcoz i dont have time to deal with this things.only thing i want is that i want to get seperate legally it means tat my relatives and other ppl should know tat myself and my family are seperated is there any provision in law.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 04 December 2012
There no provision of law as far as separation from relatives is concerned.
However of you want separation from the ancestral properties as well then execute a deed of relinquishment whereby you may release all the properties in your share to any relative you choose.

dear akash!
as u said u simply want to seperate ur identity from ur family then for this u can simply make a declaration in regard of the same that u have no concern with ur family or any member related therefrom for any legal, social and financial purposes and if any person act for any above said purposes then in that case you will not be responsible ... and properly publish it in a local news paper.
anshu shekhar (Expert) 04 December 2012
but note this will not exempt u from ur rights anf duties arising out the ancestral properties subject to the condition that u claim it.

I have also similar opinion as expressed above by oth the experts.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 04 December 2012
Self made declaration and subsequent publication in paper has no force in the eye of law.
ajay sethi (Expert) 04 December 2012
just go and stay separate . have little contacts with relatives .
you have not mentioned any facts about whether their is any ancestral property or self acquired property of your parents
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 04 December 2012
The nature of the property is required to be disclosed priro to reaching to right conclusion.
akash khan (Querist) 04 December 2012
have both ancestral property as well as self occupied property of parents
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 04 December 2012
You can get your self acquired property and can get separation without any legal formality.
