is it possible in a case of false 498a that a public prosecutor decide to withdraw his procecution under section 321 after completing the procecution evidence stage ? can judge will allow it in a case of 498a ?

Sec 321 CR Pc is Withdrawal from prosecution. It could be done only with the consent of Court.

query is very clear is it applicable in a 498a case or not and what is the meaning to get details of all case ? it's ridiculous as I think when someone ask such type questions what will anyone get knowing full story ?

Certainly Sec 321 CrPc is applicable in 498 A Cases and you could find not one several judgements in IndiaKanoon website please

What do you think of this site, is it not abuse of this platform? I could not understand why admin is reluctant to delete account of such author who is misusing the site to gain knowledge FREE OF COST.

I am very sorry if I hurt someone but as I think my query was not such difficult for a practising lawyer to answer straight forward still they asked kya ,kab ,kaise ??? if I am not a examination student then it is also true that the answerer are not any saamjik panch or social mediator who had to know all case with full details ....that's it ....but sorry again if anyone feel some bad
