If questioned wall is not a common wall between you and your neighbor then you have all rights to demolish and raise construction on it .

Yes. Is it a common wall between you and your neighbour?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 20 October 2023
If the compound wall was built by you and within your property, then your neighbor cannot object to your decision to demolish it and rebuild a fresh one replacing the old wall.
You can ask him to approach court if at all he has any objection or you can approach court with a suit for permanent injunction restraining him from interfering in your own affairs of your property and also to desist from obstructing your renovation work,

It is better to sort out the issue amicably and maintain cordial relation with neighbour.

The question is whether the boundary wall is common. If a common, there could local customs as to the rights in such cases. (In Kerala, every land holder has the rights as to the eastern and northern boundaries.) You may ascertain the local custom and act accordingly.
