hi, please suggess me,
if a boy having in sexual relationship with a marriage promise and after some time he was not ready to marriage with the girl it is a criminal offence or not, if yes , what punishments for boy in the law please confirm with ipc code.

The girl should first file a police complaint in detail for Rape etc on promise of marriage

Mostly only if it is a Criminal offence you could land in Prison.
