What is the time limit to get disposal of civil suit, which is filed for declaration of title and injunction?

Number of factors involve in deciding/ predicting the time limit to get disposal of civil suit, most of them is regarding behaviour and intention of the counsels and dairy/ availability of the Court adjudicating the suit.
Whatsoever, procedure as laid down in The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is to be followed for further proceeding in the suit.

Yes it seems to be an academic query, however the time taken for disposal of a civil suit under the present scenario cannot be predicted.

As said by the learned Expert advocates, the time duration for getting disposal of civil suit, like Declaration and Injunction suit, are depends on several factors.

However, preference are being given by Court for the old pending cases and Senior citizen cases.

The other mode to get speedy disposal of a case is getting direction from the concerned High Court by mentioning special circumstances, if any.
