I am of the view that it is not a big deal. In writ, a busy lawyer may forget to put signaturte or notice to the party, but it's not fatal to the writ petition. I don't think there is any High Court Rules in the country, that such writ should be dismissed.If there is available remedy, court should always give opportunity to the petitioner to rectify the error returnable within reasonable time, in spite of summary dismissal.

what are facts of the case. How can you assume that the experts here are students and you are examiner who is setting question paper.

Thank you all for the answer... The WP is in the Supreme Court under Article 32 for Enforcement of Fundamental Rights and I am a Petitioner In Person. Could I file an application for Signature?

You may apply to the court to have permission to put your signature, which is missing by mistake.. the court may allow you.
