Question : what is DH and JD ?

in person, means they are present themselves in person; not thru advocate...

There are the terms used in execution proceedings to execute the order/decree obtained in a petition/ suit
DH - Decree Holder - is in whose favour the decree/ order.
JD - Judgement Debtor - against whom the decree/ order to be executed
