Dear All,

I have encountered a problem wherein I need help. Over a family internal disputr my brother in law has taken a recording of mine to show me a menatlly retarded. He did it with the consent of my mother in law.

That recording is being given to many people in my in laws family.
Is there any law to protect me.

merely because your brother in law has done a recording does not prove you are mentally retarded . it would need medical expert certificate to prove you are mentally retarded .

Watch for your in-laws side over the subsequent developments after such recording, if it is going adverse against you, necessary legal actions may be initiated against them, be in touch with a local lawyer on the issue.
