Urgent help required

Hi experts,

few days back a person came with a court summon from custom to my home and was asking for ajay kumar. We said to him ajay was a tenant and he left 3 years back.

yesterday that guy again come and telling we have this address and he lives here only.. call him..if u dnt, then you will be in big trouble.

Experts please help what we can do? anything to worry about from our side?

no need to worry . mention that he is not residing any more tenancy agreement expired and he has vacated premises

Simple, tenant can move w/o leaving any forward address. You can complain to local police station, if he threatens you.
