Transfer of property in kalyan bhiwandi, kon village area

Hi Expert,

My father is having flat in kalyan kon village, bhiwandi. As my father passaway in 2013 now I want to transfer it to my mother's name, I have 4 siblings 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Kindly help me with process of transferring flat from my late father's name to my mother's name.

Contact the tehsil office where the details could be collected, or Administrator of the flat.

Execute a Settlement-Deed mentioning thereiin entire particulars and terms and conditions whatever those may be and get that settlement-deed registered with the registrar of your area by paying the requisite revenue fee.
