The executor and trustee of will non cooperation

Iam just trying to appoint the Executor and Trustee of my will. please guide me for the following:
What happens if one of the the Executor and Trustee of an unregistered will refuses to cooperate in executing the will ?
what will happen to the will ?
what is the legal standae of the execution of the will ? please guide me..

The beneficiary then can apply for execution of Will.
If you think that your legal heirs are getting equal shares of your property and there is unlikely to be a scramble for possession of your properties on your death, the Will is nest option.

appoint 2 executors of your will if you apprehend one executor may not act and apply for probate . beneficiary can apply for execution of will .

Foresighted thinking is better on such issues, however, under such a situation, if arises, the court can be approached for grant of probate of will and execution of the same, so nothing to worry about it. If at all you are suspicious about the executor to perform his role on the proposed Will, why do you go behind such a person who cannot be relied upon, better appoint a reliable person.
