Termination from the services.

I m working with a private school in haryana from past one year as tgt science.
My probation period started on 10 april '17 nd supposed to be ended by 10 april '18.
But In the last week of march 2018, i was asked to resign which i denied and asked them to terminate me.
But the school refused to terminate me and extended by probation till 31st may 2018 verbally.
Now again they are asking me to resign forcibly to which i again asked them to give me termination.
I just wish to know the cbse rules nd regulation for termination of a teacher during her probation period.

Do you have any irrefutable evidence of demand of resignation (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted)?
Do you have any irrefutable evidence of extension of probation period for not agreeing to demand of resignation (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted)?
What is stated in appointment letter issued to you about; probation period/extension/confirmation, appraisal policy etc ?
You may attach in Forum section in thread initiated with your ID and erase all names etc before attaching to maintain the confidentiality.

I do not hv any proof of the resignation asked by the school, but i hv my april's salary slip which confirms that my probation is extended.
In my appointment letter, it states if i resign then i hv to give one month of notice or one month salary.
But if they terminate they will give one month of notice or one month of advance pay.
I dont want to loose my salary as summer vacations are not counted during notice pay.

After giving legal notice of 15 days to your Top Management if you don't get any response within 15 days of notice period you file a case in labour court if you are an executive file a case a in civil court and challenge the management on the ground that it smacks highhanded,,MALICIOUS UNREASONABLE, ARBITRARY, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, MALAFIDE,,UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICE AND VICTIMIZATION. IN ASKING YOU TO RESIGN DESPITE PUTTING IN SATISFACTORY WORK AND FORCING YOU TO RESIGN.. IF TERMINATED PLEASE RELIEVE ME WITH PROPER ACKNOWLEDGMENT, RETURN MY ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES, SERVICE CERTIFICATE AND SALARY DUES.

Hello mam,
I m sweta p.
I have done my duty sincerely for over an year without any complaints.
I have never been warned or signed any memorandome for any thing during this tenure byt i am forcibly asked to resign from my post of tgt teacher just because the school wish to create a vacancy and practise nepotism.
I joined this school by clearing 5 levels of interview last year nd now they wish to chuck me out giving the most baseless excuse of class control.
I need expert suggestion to tackle this problem.
