Suit for partition

respected sir
civil court has passed the preliminary decree in suit for partition on 02.09.2011 then i on behalf of plaintiff moved an application for passing the final decree which is pending for arguments.

my question is what is next process?

whether i should move any other application for appointment of LC or any other application?

which order court shall pass ?

then what is the mode of partition by meets
and bound?

Now a Commissioner preferably an advocate will have to be appointed to demarcate the property by metes and bounds.
On the basis of his report the court would pass final decree.

Agree with Mr Barman.Get appoinnted commissioner who will make inspection of disputed property and make demarcation by metes and bounds and theerafter submit his report in court then court will proceed further.

an IA for appointment of advocate commissioner to inspect the suit properties and to note down the physical features and division of properties by metes and bounds has to be moved before the same court for finalisation of the suit.
