Hello Sir, I am Govindraj, would like to seek your opinion/advise on decree done on permanent injection on property, as defendants try to interfere on our peaceful enjoyment of property then we went to same court and filed Execution case and also we have requested for Police aid under section 151 of cpc, please let me know your valuable advise.

Thank you sir for the kind reply,
Before approaching court to give Police aid we went to Police station even went to SP too, they are telling its civil matter so asking us to bring court order to take any action, with decree they cant take any action, please let me know can I approach Human right commission to request for right of enjoyment.
As our opposite party is in contact with local politicians and land mafia.

Thank you Sir for your kind reply, we have approached court and awaiting for order, in paralell can I approach human rights commission or any other appropriate authority to get justice as opposite party is completely backed by local land mafias.

Human right Commission or any other authority have no concern with your grievance particularly when court has passed the decree in favour of you. You need specific order of court that decree may be executed with the help of police.
