Regarding conveyance deed of flat

(Querist) 19 April 2014 This query is : Resolved
I've purchased a flat recently in Hadapsar, Pune. I came to know that one should get conveyance deed from the builder after possession.

1) My first question is, whether is it possible to get conveyance letter only for flat, even if the society is not formed?

2) My second question is, if answer to 1st question is YES, then what is the procedure for getting conveyance letter only for the flat?

Dear Mr. Ajay Shethi,
First thanks for your quick reply and sorry for my late reply.
It was duly stamped and registered.

Further, I mean Conveyance Deed instead of Conveyance Letter.

perhaps the querist is referring to the completion/occupancy certificate, which the builder has to necessarily receive from municipality/corporation,after receiving which only ,he can give a possession or conveyance letter to flat buyer to come and occupy the flat.
i read that , recently the mumbai high court has asked some 49 families to vacate a res.complex because the builder did not obtain occupancy cert. for the project.
