8/10/2010 U/S-420 AND 468 BUT DEPARTMENT GIVE A PUNISHMENT WITH EX PARTE
DECISION WITH DISMISSAL FROM SERVICE BUT THE honble COURT ACCUTAL TO ME BY HONBLE
JMFC COURT BALANGIR, ODISHA HOW CAN I GET THE JOB WHAT IS THE LEGAL
PROCEDURE I WAS NEVER PARTICIPATE IN DEPARTMENTAL ENQUIRIES AFTER A LONG
PERIOD CAN I GET THAT JOB AND HOW MUCH TIME TO TAKE GET JOB WHAT

Apply with the judgement copy to the office where you were dismissed.If not acceded to, you may file writ at High court.

You have not posted the complete facts. If the trial court had not convicted you, why you were dismissed? Was it because of separate departmental proceedings? Were you acquitted on merits?

The employee entangled in such matters should preferably approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel/Law Firm of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/service matters having a successful track record….and show all evidences of all record and judgment with you ….for a considered opinion…..and also look for a seasoned defense assistant…...contest on merits and get out of entanglement clean..........
