Refund of stamp duty

(Querist) 27 April 2015 This query is : Resolved 
I had taken a property through a court auction for x amount and paid a stamp duty of rs 100 (all dd including the stamp duty & auction amount in 2 separate dd in favour of the local judge/court )the stamp duty dd has been remitted to a treasury from the court . the court also gave the sale certificate .
now the case was challenge in the high court by the property owner and I decided compromise to set a side the sale from the lower court. now the court is not giving the stamp duty paid by me and agreed to pay only my amount x.

how can I ask for the refund of my stamp duty please let me know .....

Refund of stamp duty requires a different process. The amount is too trivial for the hassles involves.

How can you decide set aside the sale from the lower court? You are only a purchaser. When a sale certificate is already given by the lower court in your favour how can it be cancelled at your request? Insufficient facts.
