Pil listed before the court - guideline required

Dear Sir,

I have filed a PIL in SC, and now same PIL listed before the Court on Friday, the 9th day of May, 2014

I have received following email from SC.

From this email I understand only, that I have to go SC on 9 may.

But I don't understand, what SC will do on 9 may. & what I have to do on same date.

Please guide me in details, I am fighting for rights of all Indian innovator & researchers, and willing that some one stand with me at least at guideline level for this great work.

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Writ Petition alongwith Interlocutory Application above-mentioned will be listed before the Court on Friday, the 9th day of May, 2014 and will be taken up by the Court on the said day in the forenoon or so soon thereafter as may be convenient to the Court when you are required to appear before this Court on the said date and take such part in the proceedings as may be advised.

My suggestions:-

1. Take down your points of consideration, in bullet points.

2. Quote the relevant Act and rules.

3. If possible refer to few previous decisions of the Supreme court.

4. Do the home work: Take the help of your friend or relative. Conduct a moot court in the house. Argue seriously for and against your prayer. This exercise will help you to present your case in the supreme court.

Some more small information I need with following points please help.

1) I am willing to go SC with my one friend, Let me know, can court allow him to sit with me in SC proceedings hall, either my friend can applicable at least to sit in public. If applicable than please suggest if there any kind of forms of permission is needed to submit and same details processes.

2)SC is a large building, please guide, where I have to appear exactly before the Court, means suggest more proper location and what to do more properly.

3) What will court do after hearing my side, means what is the purpose of SC behind this calling.

4) Can respondent advocate or respondent will come for this hearing.

Respected Friends,

I faced SC hearing on 9th may 2014.

My experience may help others, Like that me.

SC is very helpful nature for Petitioner in person.

1) Enter from main gate.
2) than just go the office from where you can receive pass to enter main court.
a) Making pass required a copy proper Identity card so make sure a copy (zerox) of Identity card.
b) Location of "Pass office" is very close from main gate, just right side of road.
c) Special window is available for Petitioner in person, where they will give you one simple form, fill only those thinks which you know properly, Don't fill any think in advocate information, may some advocate miss guide you, just fill your name, add, case no, other thinks fill by office.
d) before to go take print out of "Office Report", Office report available in web of SC. In office Report you will find Court No. and sr no.
e) the pass office will provide you one a security parson to reach proper court, than the Dwarpal (gate kipper) of court will guide you properly, like how to stand where and how respect fully.
f) In first listing, Two Judge will deciding, issue the notice to the respondent or dismiss the case.
g) Judge come with full study of our case, they clear only there confusions or guide something. so just say our case in very briefly, Judge will ask you automatically.
h) respondent not came in first hiring.
i) Speak respectively with Judge, call him as Mi-lord, don't call them as "Sir".
j) The court decision available on web near about after 3 days.
