i remember that i had give you sufficient answer if they object for the same search with that particular psu organisation name in india kanoon for any judgement on similar issues and take a print out and submit it in the office and even though if they reject then file a case as per the jurisdiction of that psu regarding you job

The parents status is equally important while applying for reservation. You do bring to the notice of the department about your category by birth. They would comply. IF NOT THEN HIGH COURT IS OPEN FOR YOU.

parents cast status is not equally rather solely important.

cast status of husband is totally irrelevant.

the action of the PSU is undue harassment to dalit candidate,

Every Govt deptt/PSU is expected to have a liaison officer for SC/ST/OBC. He has a duty to protect interest of such employees and candidates. Generally he himself belongs to SC/ST/OBC Generally he (or his nominee) is also ex-officio member of every promotion/recruitment aboard.

You can meet that officer in person and given him representation. But it will be of no use. Generally Deptts PSUs prefer that his additional charge is given to such officer who is either not well versed in reservation rules or is too docile to object to any irregularity.

you can also complaint to the commission where you will be called for hearing and head of the PSU (Generally Chairman or HR Head) will have to answer the allegations in person.

in worst scenario they will deny you OBC vacancy and you have to immediately move to court which is possible only if you have already given detailed representation.
