Notice period amount is not paid

Hi,

This is Amruth working in IT firm "AMBC Technologies pvt. Ltd" After working for 9 months I resigned my organization and servered the notice period and came out with clean exit.

They have paid the paritially amount of salary of my notice period and deducted 10days pay of mine without showing the proper reason. HR team and Accounts team are not giving proper answers for the same.

I am attaching my full & Final settle report here. Please advise how can I take action on these organization.

Also please intimate whether you asked or reminded in writing the HR/Accounts units about the reason for deduction of 10 days' salary?
