Hi sir,
3days back i got call from police station regarding complaint against on me given by my ex. Girl friend after 3months of brokeup. I don't know what she gave complaint against me. I think She doesn't have any photos of us.
Polices were call me to meet them in police station.
We both had in love nearly 2years in relation ship (sexual). Our both families are also agree for the marriage. After few months we had brokeup. 'she always have doubts on me that I'm talking with my girl friends spending more time with them than her. and i didn't care about her'. She always fighting with these reasons. Totally i fedup with her and brokeup. At that time she was agree my brokeup and scolded me and my family. After 3months she gave complaint on me.
What will i do. Please tell me.

Seek anticipatory bail at the earliest, get the copy of the FIR and contest your case on merits.

It can be troublesome for you. You can be arrested.
try for settlement, if not possible, discuss with local lawyer and try for anticipatory bail.

Sexual relationship on the promise to marry can constitute rape. However, recently, Courts have read down this provision in respect of girls who are well educated.
