One muslim girl marriage at the age of 17 yrs 11 month.
Municipal corporation reject her marriage certi. application because of 18 yrs. marriage age limit law.

what can husband wife do for getting marriage certificate. ???

Special Marriage Act can help when persons of two different religions want to marry without changing religion of anyone. This law cannot help to validate an illegal marriage.

Marriage registrar is justified in refusing registration. He will be justified even after 20 years as well.

Normally no govt servant wants to increase his hassle. The registrar could have referre3d the matter to police as a cognizable offense stands committed.

The marriage has not taken place in the eye of law. So better have a marriage after she attains age of 18 (if boy is 21) and then register the same.
