Land transfer

my father have six acre land, after their death my mother and four children (two brother and two sister) left.
1.who will be owner automatically
2.we want the land ownership should be divided in two brother or only owner my mother.
how can we do so

on your father demise you have 1/5th share in land . your mother and your siblings are other legal heirs . if your sisters are willing to relinquish their share and execute relinquishment deed/ gift deed then they wont have any share in land .
