Land partition

my client have a three bother...total lands are 25 acres..big brother is not read to partition of said land...in this circusmantance what i can do for my client to give their right...this is a acnetral property...

There is no necessity of the consent of the partition of all share-holders rather anyone can file such partition suit.

If mutual partition is not possible, relief can be sought through court of law by a partition suit, advise your client accordingly.
