Respected Advisors,
With due pain I have to write this. Indian law is very biased and its not for truth, but weak people, who commit crime and then hide on the name of being weak. Even qualified judges are making wrong decisions, just because women are weaker sex, but I am not trying to say that all men are good. But they order to pay ailmony as if my money was given by them. In my case, my wife lied to me before mrg, promised to support me during all my struggles after me telling her my struggling life, now she went to court, with baby (whom I have not seen even though he is 3 yr old, they didn't even tell me name. When I went there, my wife and her father didn't even allowed to take me picture of my baby) but court orders me to pay 7500 for both and my child will also not live with me. It's good that girl gets married and after get pregnant, then puts false cases on in - laws and earn money. Very good business. Shame. There is no Satyamev Jayate at all.
But I do appreciate all lawyers, who kept on suggesting me regarding my case. Good bye.

Sir, I have lost faith in Indian judiciary system. Court has ordered me to pay alimony since Oct 2015 in hearing on July 2016. Even though my wife left me on her own, and put false allegations against me n my family for alimony. She just stayed with me for 2 months and now I have to feed her for lifetime. I am very dishearten and may commit suicide in front of court itself. She cheated me and ruined my social image and also my family lost faith in me. I am broken emotionally.

Court decide on facts on file and law, not on personal situation. We have to live with the system, may suit us or not. Our views may not be as per our understanding in the eyes of others.
Order to Payment of maintenance is legal and court has done no injustice. If not satisfied, may prefer appeal.

Nothing can be done in the present system except your visitation right to see and meet your child. You can move a petition for that purpose and the court shall have to accept it in consonance with the latest judgments. Threatening to suicide is also an offence so beware of such utterances. Try to face the situation brevely,
