Husband salary details

Dear Sir,

Kindly clarify, whether wife can approach a private bank and get details of the bank account (SB) of the husband to submit in the family court. The bank is also a private bank.

Normally the Banks should not entertain such queries unless such informations are asked by Court it self directly.

you can not ask those information personally. but you can call for those particulars at the time of evidence..

she can request court to summon the entire record from bank.

Bank is not supposed to give such information, being details of account are to be kept confidential for third party.

I agree with expert Mr. Sudhir Kumar, file an application before the concerned court for summoning salary details of husband and grill him.
