Dear Experts I Have GPA in my name not registered and not paid stamp duty. Now my query is that If I registered the same to my wife's name is it valid document. Thanks in Advance.

GPA holder can not delegate his power to another unless so specifically authorised by his principal.

You can not do so till specific provisions to the effect exist in the GPA.

The powers of GPA cannot be delegated to another person by the power agent without the specific consent of the principal.
