hello experts
my query is that can we get any relief in the criminal law regarding this matter
a piece of land was been allotted by the government in since 1986 to me but due to some reasons i was unable to have my name in the entries in the revenue document that is property card i had already paid all the amount of the allotment plot i have the original receipts of that,but few days before means 2012 the collector has issued same piece of land to the religious matter to chairman of the religious Sanstha,,kindly provide me the suggestion what relief may we get in the criminal matter

but if civil matter how can i claim my land ownership please guide under which section of civil i can procide

Please go through the contents of the land allotment letter by the government, in which if it is written that if you have not taken over possession of the property within the stipulated time period, the land or property will be withdrawn by the government, so read it and come back or contact a local lawyer for further advise.
