Expiry of rent agreement

A license is not ready to vacate the premises even after expiry of the agreement. He is not ready to give monthly compensation for the over stay.

The licencor whenever goes to his premises , the licensee threatens and even pushes him out of the premises. licencor has even tried to take help of local police but it seems even the police is in hand and glove with the licencee..

Kindly assist what is the immediate remedy for the licencor?

Send lawyer legal notice to him to vacate premises failing which file eviction case in court.

You need to adopt due process of law to get the premises vacated. You cannot take law in your hands.

if rent control law is prevailing at your place, generally licensee also treated as tenant. if so you shall have to resort provisions of that law.

Otherwise, I do not know any Law which prohibits you to evict them forcibly. Of course, you have choice to go to court also.
