Dear Sir,

I want to know how many days difference between Date of Invoice and date of Dispatch of any Sales Invoice. If difference is more than 30 days. any penaly for this.

Normally the Date of Invoice and Date of Dispatch should be the same .Other wise it should be rectified or Convincing Statements to be made to the Concerned Dept which would have uncertain results.Better to cancel it and make Fresh invoice as per Dispatch.

Some times the Product could be manufactured or made after Obtaining the Order and the Invoice being made before manufacture/production.Nothing Illegal in it'
