Why contested divorce is so complicated ???

1) you have been married only for 5 months

2) you can apply for divorce only after 1 year of marriage except in exceptional circumstances .

3) if you want divorce why file for RCR?

4) since your wife refuses to agree for divorce contested divorce proceedings will take years

You should note that she is your wife and hence should try to save marriage as contested divorce will take years and continuous uncertainty during the time.

Take help of relatives from both sides, family friends, effective people of society to resolve the matter in amicable manner.

Before going for divorce, think of separate stay for sometime to give it another try.

i have tried my best to solve the issue but fails. now i have decided to file divorce case after expiry of 1 year on cruelty ground. So my question is that i have not committed a murder not trying to do any type of crime only seeking separation in that relation where faith and understanding is not there between us and more about lack of marital sweetness. So in this condition what court will do judgement in my favour or in wife's favour.

I have filed RCR because she is threatening me to file a case in Dowry act which is immaterial in my case i have not asked for dowry.

How many years contested divorce takes, is divorce is possible in 3-4 years.

If a marriage is not successful and any one seeking separation by way of divorce through legal way whether marriage happened recently or completed more than years than it is crime or not??. Separation is better than involving in family violence because its human nature when it is not possible to handle anything peacefully one tends to violent.

contested divorce is so complicated, because it is contested!!!It is legal provision, so no crime!!

I have filed RCR for which hearing date is in oct 2014, now based on my wife reaction like abusing and blaming me and my family after getting the notice i am not thinking to take her back to my home. So if i have decided to refuse in court to take her back on RCR base and after completion of one year of marriage i will file for divorce, than what will happen in my case please suggest that what i will do on hearing ?????
