As per the fact situation given by you, you are entitled to practice as an Advocate.
The provision of the BCI quoted by you relate to the following situations.
1. A person who has not undergone regular school curriculum upto 10+2, but obtained 10+2 through open university and then pursuing other degree course.
2. A person who has not completed 10+2, but directly obtaining 3 year degree through distance education or any other method.
3. A person after completing 10+2 but without obtaining regular 3 year degree course, directly appearing for and obtaining Post-Graduate Degree course offered through distance education.
None of the above situation is present in your case and as such you will be able to practice as an Advocate.
