Mr. Jains,

Before asking your academic question it would have been better for you to recheck what flaw you have made in making your query.

One part of your own statement contradicts the other part.

When she has already filed a case, as per your statement, "Senior citizen lady filed petition before the tribunal under parents and senior citizen Act to set aside sale deed fraudulently created by son in-law," how are you justified to ask, "whether she can file suit for seting aside the sale deed even after 3 years from the date of knowledge?"

Moreover, if you want to know whether she could file a suit, you could have asked her lawyer.

IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC REASON FOR ASKING SUCH A CONTROVERSIAL QUERY AT THIS SITE?

P. Venu (Expert) 31 July 2016
Having filed the petition in the Tribunal, what is the reason for different approach? What is the alleged fraud involved?
