Kind Attention Shri Dhingra,
i am asking for what remedies or alternate is vailable when the cyber police is not taking action against the prepatreator who has breaked my password and taken all my information.
blackmailing means that person used my finacial data in maitenance case filed before the family court.
kindly suggest what to do

Remedies or alternate can be made available only if the problem is real. But I don't think this is your real problem, as you have not answered my query on your first thread, and also that this is your third repeated query also.
I don't prefer to provide ready made solutions to academic queries of easy going students. If you are unable to concentrate on your studies, better take tution from some local expert. Your profile intro, as "study," very clearly indicates that you are a student.
Even if this is your real problem, Shri Devajyoti Barman has already advised you appropriately.
