Complaint of lawyer

Dear Experts,

Can anyone suggest me that can I complaint for my lawyer before Judge in court? for hiding my essential documents which I had given him to submit in court to support my case.

In absence of those documents Judge passed order against me! that's why I want to complaint becasue he did cheat with me for handful money.

If that is true U can file a complaint in the respective Bar Association, but not with the Judge.

even now a days a litigant can sue against his counsel under consumer protection act..

if you can prove your statement mean better go to consumer disputes redressal forum rather than lodging a complaint before the bar counsel..

First let him give a complaint in the Bar Council, then if no respite let him go the consumer disputes redressal forum
