Can i transfer my membership in a coop. housing society

I have membership in a Coop Housing Society in UP, who haven't been allotted any land. I have a share certificate which I wanted to transfer. Can I transfer, if yes, what are the documents required to be executed

1. Share Certificate may be duly Transferred to ANYBODY, by duly executing the Share Transfer Forms, as prescribed in the adopted bye-laws of the Society. Relevant Share Transfer Fees etc.... would be applicable.
