Can i prove adultry by mobile phone records

Could I prove adultery because I have doubt
that my Cheated wife might be communicating through mobile.
when I filed divorce petition I have alleged that she having illicit relation.
And I also given on record in a court the name and phone number of that person.
After going to court he has switched off his number recently I was just checking that whether the number is working or not I was trying to find out that person.And I found that same person is talking to me
because when I called him with his name he answered me If u called me any more I give this number to Police.
Is it possible to find out the Call records
of that person, she might be talking with him.
if I get the call record could it possible to prove the adultery because I already given the number and name on record.
Could u help me How to get the mobile Call record of a person. he might communicating with my cheated wife.
And one more thing I know about him,he is not a family member of her,he is alone in his family.
Help me how to get mobile records.

It is only UR presumption that she may be having an affair,U have never caught her redhanded.
How to get mobile call records not the duty of the forum,which U have to do it UR self by contacting the concerned service providers.

Adultery has to be proved beyond doubt in the court which lacks in the given situation.

Call records can be obtained from the service provider. Simply talking to another male person does not amount to adultery. You have alleged that she has illicit relationship with somebody. Do you have an evidence to this effect. If not how you can prove it?

Gentleman,
How is the court going to act if U have given the name and the phone number of UR wife's boyfriend(Still only a presumption).This is not a valid ground for filing divorce,initially itself the court may reject the evidences U have provided.Hence if U R confident and sure that UR wife is involved in adultery,gather all the requisite valid evidences.
ADULTERY BY A WOMAN CANNOT BE DETECTED UNLESS CAUGHT REDHANDED.
