Since it is bailable warrant, the police grant you bail even if arrested formally. However, the ideal course would be to make an advance application to the Trial Court and get the warrant discharged.

Attend the court on next date. police would accept bail in such cases.

Dear Sir,
I dont have any regret for complaint, actually i had filed this complaint on behalf of my friend, and he has left for abroad. now i have not attend the first hearing and court issued me bailable warrant.

1. As I am a complainent in this case, can police arrest me due to absence from court on case date.

2. whether i have to present in court on each and every date.

3. if yes then i want to withdraw my case. what is the procedure to withdraw my case.

you would not be arrested, make yourself available on the next date of hearing. you need to appear on each and every day but your presence is mandatory on the day of your evidence. since the matter is related to theft, it is compoundable, think it and then react.

I agree with expert's advise, there would not be any arrest, nothing to worry. However, the maximum, police may call and ask you to execute a pabandinama.
You should appear before the Court on next date of hearing.
You shall be summoned only for recording your statement before the court and not on all dates.
What is the complaint and why do you wish to withdraw?
