Appointment of court receiver

(Querist) 18 September 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
My 86 year old relative lady filed a case 18 years ago claiming property share, already mentioned on documents like CTS NO. House Tax Receipt etc. from other relative.

Her right noted on execution of Will of her Uncle. She was living in same accommodation . Unfortunately when she was not there for a week her daughter, internal wall was dismantled by opponent.

Court is not giving judgment, Adv praying for appointment of court receiver and taken Rs. 1500/- without receipt. Present Adv. is so busy not replying properly. Can Old Widow lady get justice before died ? Or her three daughter also have to fight for justice ? On court date she wait in court for whole day but nothing happen. can she give Power of Attorney to her daughter to attend the case?

Expecting valuable opinion to help the lady.

She can very well authorise her daughter through POA to appear on her behalf.

If you are not satisfied with the present advocate, appoint another advocate after getting the noc from him.

Her daughter can be a POA and attend the hearings. But, her competency and convenience to conduct the case is in question.
