Mr.Raju,

Even if I read your both posts combined, I am not able to get the full information.

You may give the following details:-

What is the issue, parties to the issues, trial court order (operative portion), under which act, current status etc.
raju (Querist) 24 April 2014

3. pl provide if u have any case judgment same like my case

ajay sethi (Expert) 24 April 2014
if it is consent decree it has to be signed by all parties to the suit . the issue would be whether your uncle was duly authorised to sign consent terms on your behalf . it is necessary to go through the case papers, consent decree passed by court , appeal filed by you to further advice
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 24 April 2014
Mr.Raju

Still you have not stated what is the issue, which made you as a party to the case. (whether it is a landlord vs tenant dispute, or partition dispute)

Who are all the parties. Who is the plaintiff who is the defendant etc. Please do not say the number of the parties.

what is the order of the trial court (produce the operative portion of the order)

How your uncle expressed his consent to the court. Under what capacity he gave the consent.

You are repeatedly saying the case in the appellate court. Untill and unless we know the case of the trial court, we can not give any opinion on the appeal.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 27 April 2014
