Sir,
My Interim application filed in main suit, u/s Order 8 Rule 10 dismmised by Civil Judge(Senior Division).Please inform under wich provision of CPC can I made appeal before the appletae court? or there is only remedy of filing writ Petition against the interim order of CPC??

to proceed exparte petitioner evidence as written statemnent has filed by the reposndent after the period of 700 days..he disposed off without any reasons?..under what provsions we can made appeal before the Distrct Judge or High court?

Or. VIII R 10 CPC is very difficult to be accepted especially when the defendant has filed his WS accompanied by application for condonation of delay (which is generally allowed with cost-if objected by plaintiff).

Sir, they have allowed the application after 700 days..No condonation was filed..No reasons were stated in the reply..No cost was imposed..It was summarily dismissed..My query is if want to made appeal against the order of civil Judge..What remedy is available under CPC??
