Ancestoral property

MY father got a property from my grand father which he had self purchased through his will 35 years back.Can my father will the same property to me as i also have three sisters.if yes how please advise me.

yes, he can but take NOC from 3 sisters.

It seems that your grandfather purchased the property and gave it to your father through a will. Your father can will this in your name.

Yes your father can bequeath the properly to you as the said properly will be deemed your father's self acquired properly so your father can transfer the same to anyone as per his desire.
