Is it possible to Alienate a property when the partition suit is still pending (i.e framing of Issue has not yet done by the Court)???? Any Case reference

Yes, it is possible if there is no order of injunction against such alienation.
However the transferee of the property will be bound by the decree to be passed in the pending litigation.

Yes it can be done if no stay provided, court final decision would be applicable.

I go with MR Barman and want to add that you can not transfer any specified area or property of joint property before partition.
