Agriculture land issue

Dear Sir,
My father got 2acres heritage land.
In mutation they mentioned correctly of neighboring property owners but they wrongly mentioned north as south and vise versa for our my father and for our uncle as well. Will it matters? Is there any chance our uncle asks exchane of property.

Mutation entry do not contain such surrounding rather transferred shares are duly mentioned. If registered sale-deed do contain such error then it is better to get it corrected by registering correction deed failing which by way of filing a suit for declaration.

In the records the check boundaries are to be properly mentioned to avoid problems in the future, if you find an error existing, a rectification deed may be execute rectifying the error.

Am sorry for the late reply.

Property divided around 60 acres between 22 persons as it was joint family. I got mutation from sub register office. I dint see any sale deed and i checked with father he is not aware as he is uneducated.
And same error occurred for two three uncles.
As suggested i given to local advocate for corrections.
