respected sir,
i file a dv case on behalf of petitioner in cort.
the op want to finish the DVcase quickly.
but my client ( wife) wants to harrash the husband because he wrost her lif . after submitting the DV report ,op requested the court for giving evidence date and its allow .
1) can i file interim maintenance on evidence date which is given by cort .
sir please provide some solution to harash the op because the op( husband) is a really bad person.
please sir reply as early as possible.

you should be fight the case on merit. if you are an advocate then change your mind and be professional, don't be personal with the client.

Mr. Iftekhar,
When you state, "the op(husband) is a really bad person," the question arises, on what ground you have formed an opinion about the husbad of your client to be REALLY BAD PERSON, when there seems to be no direct relation or interaction on your part with the husband of your client, except in connection with the case of your client?
However, if you are unable to fight the case of your client in effective & ethical manner, better you leave the case voluntarily and suggest her to change the lawyer instead of devising the unethical manners to harass the opposite party. It is not understood, on what basis you could you expect that the experts would suggest you the methods of harming your opponent party and with what interst of the experts to be served in helping you unethically?
Shri Nadeem Qureshi has rightly suggested you to fight the case on merits only.

If he is bad person, law will care of it if you prove him bad. Here no one will suggest the ways how to harass a party. You are an advocate, adopt your own means.

I agree to the views of expert Mr. Dhingra. Being an advocate you should not ask such questions in open public forums like this, there are ways to tackle certain issues, take guidance from your seniors at your end.
