You are too miser to post the case history/ background. Your SMS language cannot solve any problem, if you really have any.

Better consult some local lawyer and get case related documents examined by him to sort out your problem, if really you have any.

sir, i am very sorry
the fact is that, 4 yrs ago because of cruel behevior of my wife, i put acomplaint against her before mahila PS and a notice is issued to her parents for mutual solution, but she & her parents angerd and after 8days filed a 498A against my whole family. the case is pending for final submission. in FIR a lot of false allegation like threaten to kill her, demand dowry, physical assault, abortion etc. are written. but there is no evidence although while IO aproching her for medical examination she denied and also 60-70% cotradiction in her statement.
my lawyer said that without evidence 498A can not be proved.
sir, is there any chance for acquittal in lower court ?

In any court any charge is not proved without evidences

Better rely on your own lawyer. He has rightly advised you, when you confirm, "my lawyer said that without evidence 498A can not be proved."
