Sir,

iam a junior 498A is a non-bailable offence
but how can we get the bail for A1 and Anti-bail for Family members,how much time will take for the bail

Before Court you have to prove (a) that you are a permanent resident so if bail is granted there is no chance of fleeing from the place of your residence.(b) by adducing character certificates and credentials you shall have to prove that you are a good man. and (c) that the allegation against you is prima-facie not maintainable.
