I was driving wrong side opp our shop. Traffic police charged me with 279 336 184.
N in chargesheet wrote that i was running n they caught me whereas they know us since it happened infront of our shop only. I am a student n in tension about my future in regards with the case. Pls guide me.....will i get jail term or some fine will b paid n free me......pls help!!!!

I was arrested n released on my dad being zamindar for me. Incident happened in nov 2014......same day i was released .n now i got call from court to appear in court.....its in mumbai area

Nothing to worry, go attend the court, pay the fine and come out of it, if it is unlikely that admission petition will not be accepted, engage a lawyer and fight the case.
